Research Writing
You will learn how to write an MLA-formatted research paper. This class will show you how to find your sources, cite them, align your paper to MLA format, and how to use your sources to support the claims made in your essay.
Writing a 5 Paragraph Essay (4 Week Course)-Mr. Hunter
Paragraph Writing - This class is designed for beginning or struggling writers. We will discuss sentence structure, topic and concluding sentences as well as supporting details. Transition words, organization, and punctuation will also be covered. (4 week session) Mrs. Stump
Essay Writing - This class is a continuation of paragraph writing. A five-paragraph essay structure will be used. The main focus will be writing informative essays. (8 week session) Mrs. Stump
